Ramada by Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road

The property has deteriorated noticeably since our previous visit in December 2022 and now needs renovation. The staff and service, though, remain excellent. We had a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham, largely thanks to the team’s courtesy and hospitality. The F&B team made dining a delight, especially Manjot and his crew, including Bantee and others whose names I may have missed. They were warm and attentive. Housekeeping kept things clean and responded promptly, and Paridhi at the front desk was helpful and polite. With some refurbishment, the property could match the excellent hospitality.

The shuttle drivers saved us from the steep roads, and the woman at reception got us a great deal. At the restaurant, Bantee took care of all our needs and was very hospitable. Dileep at the bell desk was always helpful and courteous. We had a wonderful time and felt well looked after.

The valley views made our seven-night stay at Ramada by Wyndham Mussoorie even more special. It was comfortable, well managed, and delightful throughout, and we’d love to come back. The New Year party was very well organised, with a fantastic gala dinner, live music, and an energetic DJ. The food was consistently delicious, with plenty of variety, and Mr. Manjot, the F&B Manager, kept the quality high and dining running smoothly. Service was warm, attentive, and professional. Buntee Kumar and Shubham went out of their way to make us comfortable. Ms. Hema at the front desk was courteous, helpful, and efficient, making check-in, questions, and coordination hassle-free. Highly recommended for a relaxing, memorable holiday.

We had a perfect stay while celebrating a special occasion. The rooms were lovely, the food tasty, and the hospitality was great. The staff were warm, and I especially want to mention Bunty Kumar. Thank you, Ramada, for making our time memorable.
