The room felt like my own bedroom, and the soft spring mattress made me very comfortable all night. It was neat, with no dust or stains on the blanket or bed. The separate restroom had a geyser, and the AC, fan, mini fridge, and TV all worked. Hot water was available around the clock. I could order food from outside and eat in the room, as long as we kept it neat. We provided both IDs, and it was couple-friendly. The price range was good, too. Such a luxury feel, with all the pop and lighting giving it an extraordinary romantic mood. Very happy and satisfied. Thank you treebo orchid.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They have old ACs that don’t work, and problems in the room don’t get resolved. The hotel’s behaviour felt arrogant and exploitative. TREEBO customer care was terrible, too. After booking through the app, TREEBO seemed least bothered, didn’t communicate with the hotel to address the issue, and offered no refund. For what they charge, you can get much better premium hotels.

I was there for an official work stay. The hotel hygiene was good and the rooms were well maintained, but the staff need to improve how they communicate with guests. Breakfast was good, though just okay overall, and we had to pay extra for it. They provided one litre of water, two soaps, shampoo, and a mini fridge. There was no kettle for hot water, complimentary drinks, or snacks.

I visited in February and got two rooms for 2700, which felt like a great deal for what was offered. The rooms were very nice. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves only pure vegetarian food, and it was just okay overall.

The location was convenient, with food and shops close by, but our two-day stay was a bit disappointing. We had Wi-Fi problems, no hot water from the shower, and cockroaches in the bathroom.
