The Best Hotel Mumbai

The place was very disappointing, especially the stained doorways and stairs. There was a ripped sofa and construction material in the hallway, with no proper ventilation even inside the room. The bathroom door was broken. I was shown two deluxe rooms and both had the same issues. Pay a bit more for better rooms if you want peace.

The location and rooms are average for the price, and the rooms weren't clean enough, with almost no toiletries provided. Staff were rude and couldn't communicate properly. Checkout is extremely strict, and they'll start cursing if you don't leave by the designated time.

We stayed here for about a week, both before and after going off to Sri Lanka for a month. It's very close to the airport. The five-star part for me was the staff, especially Shahid, who was incredibly helpful with everything.

The central location made sightseeing easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had clean rooms, tasty food, and warm hospitality. A comfortable, memorable stay in Mumbai!
