I ordered a meal from the restaurant and found a piece of aluminium foil mixed in with the food. That points to poor handling and kitchen hygiene, and such negligence could be harmful to customers. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the quality and cleanliness standards.

Getting to khatu shyam mandir was convenient, and the location was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend hotel shyam dwar to anyone wanting comfort and quality service. I’d love to come back.

The rates are comparatively very high, and they only provide one liter of complimentary water for three people in a room. The staff and manager were very rude. Please don’t visit hotel shyam.

The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and the location is convenient. Hotel Shyam Dwar was a satisfying stay for me. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the polite, cooperative staff were always ready to help. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

I haven’t stayed there, but we had breakfast and it was delicious and affordable. The service was good too. I’ll definitely try staying there next time.
