I got here at 2 AM and turned straight back. The road felt very creepy, and the building looked abandoned. There wasn’t a single guest in the whole building. It feels like a haunted apartment, and if you were robbed, there’d be nobody nearby to hear you, even if you screamed for help. OYO is a scam. Please don’t visit this place. If you think this is a fake review, read the others too. Many people describe how unpleasant it is.
The place is somewhat remote, so it’s hard to get around and I wouldn’t roam outside at night. Still, the hotel staff help arrange an auto, and the manager is very helpful. The room is decent.
The surroundings are peaceful, with a pond, a tempLe, and lots of trees. Still, ROYCE EBONY sits at the far end of Mahindra world city, and the route is really hard to remember. It’s extremely interior to Mahindra city, so I wouldn’t go out after ten or 11 pm. It works if you’re staying as a group.
The rooms are good, but housekeeping hasn’t maintained them. The complimentary breakfast is poor quality, and there’s no restaurant inside the hotel or nearby. Only Tamil channels are available on TV, and the staff understand Tamil only. It’s in a remote village with no proper communications.
I loved the hospitality and had a pleasant, comfortable stay at this flag ship hotel at Mahindra World city Paranur Chennai. I’d recommend it for a future stay, and I’ll tell my friends and well wishers about your hotel. Thank you, Oyo.
