Novotel New Delhi Aerocity Hotel

The restaurant was a bright spot, with buffet and à la carte choices, good food, and attentive service. There are lovely outdoor seating areas too, a peaceful place to sit while waiting for a flight. The staff were courteous and helpful, and some were especially friendly. The airport location is ideal, and I might stay again when I’m back in India later this year. I’d book early and choose a higher room category next time. My standard twin room felt cramped with our luggage and both of us in it. I looked at the next category, which cost more, but it seemed about the same size. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot, so it covered the basics, though I thought the room was expensive for what it offered. Dinner from the buffet for two, with two glasses of wine, came to over £120. The food was decent and the service excellent, but I didn’t think it was worth that price. The rooms were also VERY noisy. I could hear loud conversations, and even the next door guest’s phone notifications. I didn’t sleep well, so earplugs are a must.

We had a great stay at Novotel and would happily come back. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome. At breakfast, Ritik was particularly attentive and friendly, and his service made the meal even better. I’d recommend the hotel.

Sohan from housekeeping made a strong impression. My room was spotless, carefully turned down, and his polite, professional manner was much appreciated after a long day. The pool area was great, and the lobby lounge felt welcoming. The Novotel New Delhi Aerocity is just minutes from IGI Airport, convenient for travelers but still quiet and upscale. The facilities are modern, check-in was efficient, and the dining options were excellent. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to business travelers and families looking for comfort and reliability in Delhi. I’ll be back.

The airport is close, the Indian and international food choices are excellent, and the service is high standard. Abhishek from IT gave very professional help with the WiFi and printer login. He handled the tasks promptly, transferred the documents to the desk computer, and printed them as requested. 👍
