I’ve returned to this property on my Malda visits for the past four years, and the hospitality and service have stayed consistent. The staff are polite, cooperative, and ready to help, making the stay comfortable. The 24-hour check-in and check-out is handy for travelers with flexible schedules, and complimentary breakfast adds good value. It’s a reliable, comfortable option for business or personal trips.

It feels homely here, thanks to the mix of junior staff and senior people who get the chance to share their work experience. The warmth and affection at this residency made a lasting impression on us, and we feel proud to see that.

I’ve been a regular customer for five years, but haven’t seen any improvement. The place needs a thorough renovation, and its facilities don’t justify how expensive it is. The manager and staff are trying their best to keep customers satisfied, though.

I found it peaceful and relaxing, with well-kept rooms and service that was better than I expected. A comfortable place to stay.

Continental made for a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the food tasted great. Special thanks to Mr. Bapan Da for responding promptly, providing excellent service, and taking real ownership.
