The food at hotel vinayak was tasty and the quality was really good. Rooms were good too, and the service was good.

Even if you book an AC room, when the power goes out you’re left making do with a fan because there’s no generator. Worst hotel.

No generator, and the room service is pathetic. Worst hotel.

The rooms may be good, but that isn’t enough when the management and staff behave so badly. They made us feel as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay, and offered no assistance. They were rude and didn’t know how to treat female guests. Staff also didn’t know which TV channels worked, and kept bothering us by asking for IDs and other details multiple times. Maybe the owner doesn’t know what’s going on and should look into it. I won’t stay here again. Shayad koi reply bhi nhi milega.

I live in Malda Town, and I’d ask tourists not to stay at this hotel. The staff are very bad and act like they own the place. There’s also illegal business at night. A very bad hotel.
