The beach is nearby, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Umesh, the caretaker, gave good service. It felt somewhat expensive for accommodation alone, with no activities, though that seems to be typical of hotels in Malpe. Still, it was a decent stay.

Umesh bhai stood out most for us. He was friendly and always available, and kept things well maintained. The lawns are huge and beautifully kept, great for a morning walk or an evening event. Bluebay Luxury Cottage & Lawns is a stunning property, well maintained, with a nice mix of luxury and nature. The staff were attentive and looked after the details. We had an incredible, peaceful getaway and would highly recommend it.

Umesh, the caretaker, looked after all our needs, and we had a good time. The restaurant food was very good, especially the fish dishes. Try the local fish instead of the usual options. The rooms are basic, and there’s no breakfast at the property, though there are a few nearby places to try. It’s close to Maple beach and would suit a group or small family.

At Rs. 6,000 a night, this resort wasn’t worth it. The AC in the master room didn’t work, so I had to sleep in another room, and they didn’t provide complimentary water bottles. The food was okay, prepared by the caretaker. Caretaker Umesh was very arrogant.

Malpe beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the well-kept lawn. The owner was considerate and helpful, and there’s an in-house hotel serving good food.
