Hotel The Silver Nest

The worst hotel, the silver nest nagpur. You'd be better off sleeping on a railway platform than staying here.

The only real plus was the location, within walking distance of Nagpur railway station. My room, though, hadn't been cleaned and the floor was sticky. The sheets hadn't been changed either, and they said the laundry workers hadn't come. The water heater didn't work, and nobody came to check it after I complained, so I had to bathe in cold water early in the morning. The room phone was out of order, so I had to go downstairs to order food, which was very oily. They also charged 30 rupees for a water bottle marked 20 rupees. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I had paid in full through the website, but the receptionist refused to check me in when I arrived, giving reasons that made no sense and then asking for more money. Staff wouldn't give me a customer care number or the owner's contact details, and told me to look them up on Google. When I called the owner for help, they were rude and dismissive and just kept demanding extra payment instead of sorting out the check-in. It was an extremely frustrating experience, and I strongly advise against booking here. The way I was treated felt disrespectful, and the handling of the payment seemed dishonest.
