10/10
We got both the early check-in and late checkout we requested, even though it was off season. The reception staff were also helpful with advice about things to do in the city. The rooms were good, and the reception, room service, in-room dining, and housekeeping were excellent. The staff were well trained and responsive. Breakfast was good too, with fresh fruit and juices, fried eggs, Indian food, and all the usual options. The hotel at naka no.2 Bhelgaon has been renovated very well into a 5 star hotel. Overall, I had a great experience.
