OYO Flagship 70003 Ap Royal Rooms

I lost 5k in cash after leaving it in my pocket while we went out for lunch. The hotel gave us a lock and said they only had one key, which they gave us. When we returned, all the cash we had was gone. We asked them to check the footage, but they had already changed something and said I must have forgotten or made a mistake. I got robbed here. Worst hotel, never go.

The staff were pleasant, but that didn’t make up for the room. The blankets and bed were dirty, and the bathroom was filthy with poor fittings. It wasn’t suitable for a family; it felt more like a room rented by the hour for couples. We booked through OYO based on the photos, which looked computer-altered to present it as a five-star hotel. The actual place didn’t seem worthy of any rating. Don’t stay here, or even consider it.

The service was really bad. The staff weren’t good, and the whole room was dirty.

There’s no complimentary breakfast or restaurant here. Leaving was a problem too: the main door was locked when we checked out early in the morning, and it took half an hour of banging before someone opened it. At check-in, the desk attendant said we had to pay extra for each room or find somewhere else, even though we’d already booked and showed him the booking ID. He only agreed to let us stay after a lot of persuasion, since we needed a room for a few hours. Hopeless management.
