The hotel is clean, with an excellent bathroom, and the service was good. It’s a little far from the city, especially the railway station. There’s a shower, Wi-Fi, and AC, and breakfast was okay. Hair oil, shampoo, and a towel should be basic supplies, but they’ll give them to you if you ask.

The staff complained about the discounted Oyo price and kept us waiting while they worked out what each of us was paying per room. They were rude, with no basic courtesy or sense of hospitality.

Parking is off the main road, but it felt safe. The airport is just a short hop away, and the rooms have AC and basic amenities. Staff were good, and the value was exceptional. Recommended!

We got a very cheap deal through the Oyo app, but at check-in they treated us as though we expected to stay for free. I told them to take it up with Oyo since that was where I booked the deal. The room had a TV that didn’t work, and they charged an extra 500 for a mattress. The bedding was poor quality, and they gave us a bedsheet instead of a blanket. A really bad experience. Oyo should look into partners who aren't giving customers a good stay.

I booked through Oyo at a low price, but when I arrived the hotel refused to check me in. My payment is now stuck with them, and they won’t respond to my questions. You’ll badly regret booking rooms on Oyo.
