The owners were warm and helpful, and Wayari beach was only about a 10-minute walk away. It felt like having a beach of our own. We spent three very peaceful days here, and I’d happily come back.

It was easy to get around on foot from this well-located stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the area had a lovely atmosphere both around the property and inside. The staff were friendly too, which made it a memorable visit.

Birdsong and trees all around made the balcony view especially lovely, and the whole place was wonderfully quiet. The rooms are spacious and kept in very good condition. We did find red ants throughout the room, but the owner was kind and helped get rid of them. A great stay if you're looking for peace.

The room was tidy, the service was good, and parking and Wi-Fi were both convenient. The owner was helpful, and it’s a good home stay near the beach. Malvan ST Stand and the market are about 1 km away. Sindhudurg Fort and Rock Garden are 2 km and 2.5 km away, while Suvarna Ganesh Mandir is about 2.5 km away. Tarkarli Beach and Chivla Beach are each around 3 km away, Devbag Beach is 7 km away, and Bharadi Devi Anganewadi is 15 km away. Sindhudurg Airport is 16 km away, and Kudal and Sindhudurg railway stations are about 30 km away. I’d suggest staying here.

Wayari beach is close enough to walk to, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The host is attentive and very helpful, while the quiet area makes it easy to relax. At Adarsh Niwas the room is decent, well kept, and big enough for three. It also has a Tata Sky HD TV. An AC option would be a welcome addition.
