Fabhotel Brave Knight

The staff took my luggage that was left at reception on the first day and wouldn’t give it back all day. I’d booked a room, arrived at 6 in the morning, and still wasn’t given one by 7 in the evening. Then they said there’d be no room for me that day. I sat outside all day. Food was included in my package, but they still charged me Rs. 1600 for two teas. When I complained, the manager stopped answering my calls, and staff spoke rudely and said something unpleasant to me. The owner got me a room in another hotel, but they made me pay for it and didn’t return my money. Four days later, when I was due to leave, people from this hotel came to my other hotel and said I could leave that day, they’d take my luggage and drop me at the bus stand. When I called them in the evening, they refused to come and told me to manage on my own. They stopped picking up my calls, and I missed my bus because of them. Staff were very rude and spoke badly to my wife. In the evenings, their staff were inebriated, and behaved rudely with girls and guests. I don’t think this is a safe hotel for families or couples. The hotel was filthy, and the staff had no manners, poor behavior and poor service. They ruined my whole day and left me with nowhere to stay. Never book here.

The doors were broken, the rooms were dirty, and they weren’t cleaned daily or even given fresh towels each day. At check-in, they make you stay at another hotel owned by the same owner, and it lacks even basic facilities. Food was the worst ever, and service was even worse. Staff showed no interest in helping after taking advance payment at check-in. This place doesn’t deserve even one star.

The food was a major letdown. Dinner was served until 11 pm, but even when it was part of the package, we were only offered pulaw or raita, and breakfast wasn't worth much either. The staff didn't listen, and the service was very poor. Our room was dirty, with a messy bed that was torn in several places and not properly cleaned. Staying here with family or a partner could be a bad experience. If you're visiting Manali, I'd avoid Hotel Brave Night.

Food and cleanliness were pathetic, and the staff were rude and couldn't manage a basic conversation. Worst hotel and staff I've come across. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
