The staff were rude and lacked basic courtesy, and the whole stay was frustrating and far below what I expected. Management seemed very unprofessional. Whenever we raised a concern, they just said, “you didn’t inform us,” even after we’d explained the same problems several times. There was no coordination, sense of responsibility, or effort to fix anything. If you’re hoping to relax and enjoy your stay, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone.

I spent 3 days and four nights at this hotel and had fun making some good memories. The rooms, dining, garden, and views were all great. 😊👍

I stayed here with my family in the first week of February 2026. The room view was good, but the staff behaviour was very bad. Sonu was the manager, and he wasn’t a good guy. There was no hospitality or room cleaning, and the bathroom and bedrooms had a strong urine smell. It was a very bad experience for me, both because of the place and the staff. Please don’t go with your family. The hotel owner should teach the staff about hospitality management.

Our balcony had a really nice view, and the hotel was clean with everything in good shape. The staff were helpful too, especially Mr Ashok. We booked a honeymoon package through Aadam holidays with help and guidance from Mr Usmaan Sherwani, at a very reasonable price. I’d recommend this hotel.
