The kids had so much fun in the play area that they would rather stay there than head out sightseeing. There were also music and dance activities on the lawn each evening. We got an extra bed for three days without being charged, and milk for the kids was free too, which was very thoughtful. The location worked well for travel, since it’s closer to the snow areas than Manali. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were hospitable, and the food and atmosphere were good. A beautiful, peaceful stay, and one I’d recommend to families with little kids.

We paid about 1.2 Lakh including meals, but everyone got food poisoning and we had to stop eating there. They didn't even have basic medicine like ORS. The reception staff also lacked hospitality and communication skills. The buildings are quite old, though renovated to look newer. Don't be fooled by the pretty photos, they use color grading and editing.

The view from my room was stunning. Waking up to golden, snow-capped mountains was a pretty special start to the day. I was there for a meeting and would love to return with my paw daughter if I can. I forgot to ask whether they welcome pets, though.

The New Year's Gala Dinner was a rip-off. We paid a premium but got only snacks, with no main course, so we had to order and pay for another dinner. The booking was also misleading: they showed us pictures of the main building, then tried to put us in an annex across the street. I had to pay extra to get the room I originally booked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We came as a group of 55 and found the staff's service and communication pathetic. The F&B and Reception staff were very rude. They even pushed us to pay for unhygienic mocktails that had hair in them. I wouldn't recommend this resort to groups.
