Sachin and the team were attentive and supportive, and really looked after us like family. When heavy snowfall stopped our traveller bus from reaching Mountain Green Villa, they helped carry our luggage both at check-in and check-out. The food, cleanliness, and convenient location were all great, and the property was very competitively priced. We look forward to coming back and recommend it for the caring, professional support.

The room view was a nice bonus, and getting to the hotel was easy. The food, location, and service were all 10/10 for me. Mr.Sachin Rana at reception and the other staff were polite and very helpful. Choosing this hotel for our Manali stay was the best decision, and I'd recommend it for making the most of your vacation.

We spent three nights here. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was nice, and the location was great. The staff won us over, especially Manager Mr. Sachin, who was very cooperative.

Everyone was helpful, and the staff even helped move our luggage from our location to the hotel and then to our parking spot. Thanks especially to Sachin , Ankush , Rahul , Negi for the service. The food and accommodation were excellent. We'll visit again.
