Manorma Cottage

Mr and Mrs Dalpatia gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. The cottage was comfortable, spacious enough to relax in, and very well equipped for a holiday away from home. It felt safe, too, and was just right for our family reunion. Highly recommended.

Please don't trust this place. We had booked the entire apartment for 10 people, and when bad weather delayed us, we kept the owner informed along the way. We arrived at 2:30 am with babies and senior citizens, in outside temperatures of -2 degrees, and he stopped answering the phone. When he eventually picked up, he said he'd given the rooms to someone else because we were a no-show. He told us to find another hotel at that hour, then switched off his phone. A terrible experience. We went into the hotel looking for him and found that the posted pictures had no connection to the rooms. Don't trust these guys!

The large, comfortable rooms had big windows, and breakfast was really delicious. The cottage staff took good care of us and made the atmosphere very friendly. With the great location and lovely green surroundings, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. Thank you!

Ancoram is a clean, beautiful place to stay, run by a good family who make guests comfortable. After a day out, we could order the dinner we wanted from their own kitchen and eat in the veranda or our room until 10 pm. The balcony also looked out onto snow-covered mountains.
