The front desk experience was awful, the older lady there was rude and arrogant, and the staff in general weren't helpful. The room and sheets were unhygienic. Easily my worst stay ever.

The food was poor, especially the limited vegetarian options, which were also low quality. Reception staff, who seem to be the owner, behaved badly. They take the full payment before check-in. Heater use costs a lot for its heating capacity, and they charge upfront for just 6pm to 10pm.

My experience here was very bad. The service was poor, the food was tasteless, and the owner's behavior was very rude. In my personal opinion, it's not worth coming here, so avoid it.

The heater charges are very high. The owner is arrogant and has a terrible attitude, and the owner's daughter is especially bad in that regard.

The hotel management is good, but the manager behaved very badly. The hospitality was very poor. He acted like a teacher talking down to a student, and it felt insulting. A very bad experience for me.
