The Whitestone Inn & Suites Manali

The food had a wide range of delicious choices, and each meal felt like fine dining, with care in both taste and presentation. Staff across housekeeping, room service, and the front desk were attentive, polite, and quick to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with the kind of amenities you'd expect from a five-star property. The views and peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the resort's amenities were well maintained. From the warm welcome onward, the whole stay felt comfortable and smooth. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing stay and thoughtful service.

The spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms met our expectations, and we appreciated how helpful the staff were. The property felt newly built and was well maintained. We had a positive stay and hope to be welcomed back in the future.

We stayed at whitestone for three days. The pool and gardens were well looked after, and the peaceful setting worked well for families and couples. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view, and the staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. The restaurant food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Great value for the price.

Insects in the suite room we booked made the stay completely unacceptable, especially since we expected it to be clean and comfortable. The restaurant was just as disappointing, serving double-fried poori that suggested carelessness with food preparation and hygiene. Service was extremely poor, staff responses felt careless, and the food quality was below average. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it to families or travelers looking for decent service.
