Holiday BNB

We spent three peaceful, happy days here and came away with memories we’ll keep for a long time. The resort has spectacular views, and Mall Road is an easy, scenic walk away. We enjoyed walking through the lively local area instead of taking cabs, and one day some lovely local children offered us roses. We’d have missed that moment from a car. The meals were full of flavour, and the staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming. Manager Shiva went especially out of his way to make our stay feel special. A wonderful place, highly recommended for a trip to Manali!

The food at Holiday BNB Manali was awesome, and the hospitality was top-notch. What really stuck with me, though, was how honest and helpful the team were. I left my ring at the property by accident, and the staff went out of their way to parcel it safely back to my hometown. I’m so grateful for the extra effort. A wonderful, worry-free stay, and I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely three-night family stay at holiday BnB Manali. The rooms had everything we needed and looked out over beautiful valleys and mountains. All the staff were kind and courteous, especially Shiv at the front office.

The room itself was good, so you can stay here, but the service doesn’t match what they charge and the restaurant was the worst part. Keep in mind before booking that this BnB is part of hotel holiday cottage, and don’t go by the pictures online. They also charge 300rs in cash for a heater, which they don’t mention when you book. We had a lot of electricity fluctuations too. I’d skip the breakfast package and eat outside. The restaurant charges a lot, and the food has no taste. The chicken briyani was terrible, then the noodles, then the chicken kharahi. Even after I gave clear instructions, they served all breastfeeding pieces. We also ordered hot chocolate fudge for dessert and it came cold. The room was good, but service was bad and the restaurant was awful.
