Hotel Classic

We were new to the area but never felt any trouble during our two-day stay. The management and staff were polite, and the food was good. A cab can be arranged through the hotel at a reasonable price, though you need to let management know. It’s a nice hotel within budget, and I’d recommend it for a Manali trip.

The mountain views were breathtaking, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made the stay memorable. The rooms were pristine, with luxurious amenities, and the service felt thoughtfully handled throughout. It was a comfortable, sophisticated place that seemed committed to giving guests a special experience.

The food was average, and service for it was very slow. Rooms look old and need renovation. The lights didn’t work properly, there was no water, and the telephone wasn’t working. Maybe it was just my experience, but check everything carefully before booking.

I wanted to give zero stars. On our first day, they took advance cash and confirmed our room, then said they were busy and couldn’t give us one. Instead, they put us in a terrible room at " hotel devi palace " (opposite to hotel classic), where everything was dirty. When I went to reception to explain, they just told us to adjust.
