We booked two rooms and accidentally broke a window glass while partying. It was barely 5 mm thick. The hotel demanded a 13k fine, though a carpenter we contacted said replacing it would cost around 3k. Then the owner and receptionist threatened to book a case against us, charged us for the next full day's rent, kept our luggage, and demanded 19000. We felt harassed, and their attitude ruined our vacation. The rooms are basic and very cheap, but they ask for more than they should. This was my worst experience so far. Please never stay here.

It's a nice hotel, but the staff seemed very lazy. We showed up without a reservation and couldn't get a room, yet as soon as we booked through Booking, rooms were available. The room and sheets were reasonably clean. They only provided a towel and soap, with no water or toilet paper. Everything else was good.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I booked offline for three days, but at around 10:30 PM on the first night, they called and told us to check out in the morning because they had another booking. They showed no remorse and left us helpless. Reply to Owner Response: That was a remarkably quick, clever reply. If feedback from customers matters, put more effort into improving the service and making bookings clear instead of trying to cover things up with misleading responses.

The spot by the Manalsu River is beautiful. The manager and everyone there were really helpful and made our stay go smoothly. I'd love to come back. 👍🏻

Breakfast on the waterfront terrace, with the river murmuring nearby, was an experience I'll remember. Dream River gave me a peaceful break from city life, with elegant rooms and service that went beyond what I expected. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing retreat.
