Hotel Heaven Bliss

We were in Manali from February 13th to 16th and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful hotel. The food was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were lovely. Thanks to the owner and team.

Piyush ( Owner ) helped with sightseeing recommendations and arranged a cab, which added a lot to our stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful the whole time. Our clean, fresh room had great amenities and a private balcony with a perfect view. It was also convenient for walking to Mall Road and Hadimba temple. Thanks for the incredible hospitality! 🤝♥️

Mr Piyush Bharti, the manager, was supportive, but the room and building were very disappointing. We were assigned a room on the fourth floor while the lift wasn't working, and climbing or coming down the stairs left us breathless. The room and bedding were dirty and untidy. They don't have full time housekeeping, just one woman who cleans rooms once a day. We somehow stayed two nights because we'd already paid in advance. There are good nearby options like woodrock,jhonson, hotel kanishka,Himalayan. I would advise people not to book this hotel.

The food quality was the best part, and the prices were reasonable. Parking space was good too. Mr. Piyush, the owner, was very gentle and cooperative. I'm thankful for the hospitality, and if I get the chance to visit the Manali area again, I'll book Hotel Heaven Bliss. Thank you.
