We were a family of five and stayed three nights at **Hotel Melcome, Manali**, using two rooms. The attached balconies had breathtaking views, and the amenities felt luxurious. One evening, the owner and staff made some of our favorite dishes on request, which really touched us. Throughout the stay they were welcoming, polite, and very cooperative. We had a wonderful time and would happily return. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Manali.

The building is beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. We stayed three days with our family, and the staff's behavior was disappointing. They seemed to lack basic courtesy and communication skills. We only stayed because we were traveling with family. Otherwise, I'd have preferred sleeping in our vehicle. The property looks great, but the service seriously harmed the experience.

We had a great stay, with a pleasant view of the river and mountains from our room. We came through a tour agency, so breakfast and dinner were included. The food was nice with plenty of variety, and you can ask for other menu dishes at an extra charge. The staff were very hospitable. They checked whether we had enough food, offered to bring dinner to our room when we weren't feeling well on our first day, and sometimes helped translate for our driver and coordinate with the tour agency. I'd recommend this hotel.

Rohit’s supervision and support made things run smoothly and added to the experience. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout, and the food was great. It was a relaxing, comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it.

Sandip, the hotel manager, was polite and always there when we needed help. The staff were welcoming and patient, and we really enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Manali.
