At Polaris Cottage, Manali, we had a peaceful stay with delicious, fresh, hygienic food that had a homely feel. The views from the property were breathtaking, and the location was perfect. The staff were always smiling, polite, and helpful, which made us comfortable and added a personal touch. Beautiful scenery, warm hospitality, and tasty food. I'd happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

The hotel's owner, mr Kathuria, is very supportive and good. The staff were very good too, and the food quality was good.

We went to Manali on 25 Dec 25 with our friend and Airtel group and stayed at Hotel Polaris. We had a good experience, so I'd give it 5 stars overall.

The hotel is completely useless. The service is very poor, and they charge a lot for a heater. When the power goes out, they don't turn on the generator.
