The meals were fresh, delicious, and well prepared, and the cleanliness throughout the rooms and common areas made us comfortable. The property is beautiful and spacious, in a convenient prime location for getting around. Every staff member was fantastic and made us feel welcome. A special thanks to Damini ji for handling the transport arrangements so smoothly, and to Aakrit ji (Kitchen Manager) for looking after the food and our dining experience. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely visit again.

We got in at 2am, and the reception staff were very supportive. Even when we ordered food at 3am, the taste and quality were still good. Breakfast had a wide, delicious buffet with local and international options, and the balcony view was the best part. We booked the Attic room on the top floor, which had a lovely wooden design and old manali feel. Check-in was smooth, the room was presented beautifully, and the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and complimentary welcome drinks at the entrance. The hotel is within walking distance of mall road, making nearby places easy to reach. A wonderful stay, and I hope to visit again and see the same staff. Keep up the great work WR! ✨

The balconies look out over a breathtaking valley and snow-capped mountains, and the hotel has a lively, happy feel. Mall Road is about a 5-10 minute walk away. I loved the live music and nighttime happy hour for drinks. The buffet could use improvement in its taste, quality, and number of options, though. I’d still recommend it.

We stayed for three nights, and the team took good care of us. On arrival, a professional staff member helped with our luggage at the parking lot. Check-in was quick, and our rooms were ready and warm. The chef paid personal attention to our special meal requests because of allergies and made sure everything was served as needed. Reception staff were courteous and helpful throughout. The hotel is well maintained.

Hello Woodrock Hotel Team, I had a nice overall experience at your very good hotel, but there aren’t proper facilities for drivers. There’s no toilet or washroom, or place to rest or sleep. Drivers need basic comfort and hygiene facilities during their stay too. Please consider adding these in the future. It would make things more convenient and leave an even better impression.
