You can enjoy a nice mountain view from the balcony at this hotel in a beautiful place. It was clean and neat, and the staff were kind, polite, and helpful. The services and food were good too. Staying here made my trip even more memorable. Highly recommended 😊

The young staff were very good, and the hot food was enjoyable. Our room was well maintained, carpeted, and felt fresh like home. With snow-covered hills around the hotel, we could enjoy the beautiful nature right from our room. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed on April 21 and 22, 2019. The hotel is about 5 km from Manali Mall, but the quiet setting among apple gardens makes up for the distance. We had wide mountain and valley views, spacious rooms with all the amenities, a very good restaurant, and helpful staff.

It's outside the city, but still a pretty nice place to stay. They have their own kitchen and serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The staff were humble and cooperative.

There was a fire in the room at night because the heater was faulty, and the staff didn't even try to put it out. We had to deal with it ourselves, risking our lives. They didn't thank us afterward. Instead, they asked for 50,000 in cash for the damage and tried to pressure us. I'm also sure they have insurance and charge that too. The staff were very bad.
