The staff at the hotel were very helpful, and the rooms were okay. The food was fine, and breakfast was more than enough. I had a very good stay, except the manager who spoke over the phone had a rude tone. I was driving and still an hour from the hotel when I explained that I couldn't pay until I arrived and had seen the rooms. He kept pressuring me to pay Rs 2000 right away, which I didn't. I paid when I reached the hotel. I felt the manager was a bit mercenary.

From the hilltop, the property has scenic views across Manali, and the rooms look out toward snow-capped mountains. The terrace garden is extremely well maintained and has lovely views of the whole area. The staff are professional, and the property is economical and good value for money.

The location was calm and scenic, a good fit for couples wanting privacy and relaxation. Our rooms at Mountain Top Hotel, Manali were clean and cozy, with a breathtaking mountain view, and waking up to the fresh air and peaceful surroundings felt unreal. The staff were polite, helpful, and available when we needed them. Service was quick and professional, which kept the holiday stress-free. The stay made our Manali trip memorable. Highly recommended for couples or anyone after a peaceful mountain stay. I'd love to visit again.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel's pleasant, welcoming atmosphere made for a wonderful stay. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. The location was excellent and convenient, with everything we needed easily available nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and room service was prompt and efficient. I'd suggest adding more variety to the breakfast menu. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The terrace view was awesome, and it was nice staying at Mountain Top Hotel. It's near Hidimba temple, though the roads had very little lighting at night. The room wasn't properly clean.
