The location was good, but we were really disappointed with the food and poor service. The staff didn’t listen to us or do what we asked, and we didn’t like their behavior.

Waking up to the Himalayas from the balcony was a highlight, and the mountain and greenery views were beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with the modern amenities we needed. The restaurant had plenty of choices, and the freshly prepared food was delicious. Service there was quick and courteous. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Red Apple Hotel made us feel at home. They were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely mountain setting, and the balcony was a relaxing place to sit with a cup of tea. We had a wonderful stay at Red Apple Hotel in Manali. I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing trip with family, friends, or as a couple, and would love to return.

The views were stunning, the stay was comfortable, and the hospitality made my trip memorable. Kuldeep Bhai is a genuinely nice person, a real gem. I’d choose Red Apple Manali again whenever I visit Manali.
