Even during a heavy snow blizzard, Vivek went out of his way to keep us happy, cozy, and comfortable. When snowfall caused a power blackout across Manali, Vivek personally looked after our safety and made every possible arrangement to keep the rooms warm and help us travel out of Manali during the blizzard. We’ll never forget the hospitality he and his team showed us. Truly unforgettable.
