Kapoor Resort

Staff were polite, cooperative, and tried to help, which we appreciated. But the stay at DLS Kapoor Hotels & Resorts was average at best and didn't match what we expected from the booking. The rooms were small and uncomfortable for a family, especially with a child, and the property felt more like a budget hotel than the promised standard. Breakfast was uncomfortable too: the kitchen opens directly onto the dining area, so the smell of cooking oil and food hangs around. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were prepared in the same kitchen setup. Hotels should separate that better and follow proper food handling guidelines, particularly for families with strict vegetarian or Jain preferences.

Gulshan Sir made things easy for our family, and the hotel staff provided outstanding service. The food was delicious too. With Hadimba Temple and Mall Road nearby, it was easy to get around. We had an excellent stay in Manali and would highly recommend this place for families. We'll definitely visit again.

Kapoor dls keeps its rooms very clean and hygienic, and the hotel staff are well trained by HM. Everyone was great, especially gulshan, who operates the hotel and reception. He was polite, humble, and helpful, as was tulsi ram. When I called gulshan after arriving in manali at 9.30am, he assured me not to worry and offered complimentary early check-in. The room was good and clean, the view was good too, and the service was best. Gulshan thakur and his team were very helpful. Everyone behaved well, and the food was very tasty. I'm especially thankful to the hotel management.
