Getting back to the main Manali road can be a real hassle. The access road gets so congested that it added 30-40 minutes to our trip every evening. The rest of the stay was very good value. Manager Shri Ravi and the staff were exceptionally cordial and helpful, and they provided AC charging for our EV, which we needed after several DC fast charges. The food was homely, delicious, and healthy, with minimal oil and spices. They also proactively upgraded our double room booking to a triple so my family could fit.

The rooms at Khushboo Resort in Manali weren’t properly maintained or cleaned, and the facilities shown online didn’t match what we found there. We also had poor service, unprofessional staff behavior, and careless management. When we complained during the stay, there was no proper response. For what they charged, the experience was completely unsatisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay. A very disappointing experience overall.

The best part for me was the staff. Mr. Sharma and the crew treated us like family and could help with a trek buddy, taxi, Himachali cooking class, or tips for mountain driving. The place is in green Aleo, about 3 km from the Manali hub, with cafes, shops, and the Beas ghat nearby. There’s also a free shuttle to Manali Mall, Hadimba Temple, and places like Solang Valley, plus airport pickups and drops by taxi on the house. Rooms range from standard to deluxe suites with valley views. They have comfortable beds, heaters, and attached balconies where you can sip chai and watch the Himalayas wake up. In winter, you might find snow deep enough for hot cocoa. The restaurant serves Himachali, North Indian, and Continental food, and the trout from the in-house farm was sensational. The evening barbecue on the lawn was a treat, and staff were flexible about dietary needs. Chai and snacks were good too. There’s plenty to do, including paragliding, river crossings, trek planning, bonfire nights, a pool, lawn chess, and stargazing parties. Other perks include free Wi-Fi, power backup, hot water showers, and a pet-friendly policy. Khusboo Resort Pvt Ltd in Aleo, Manali, gets 5/5 from me. At ₹1,500-₹4,000/night, it offers luxury with scruffy mountain vibes, whether you’re here for a honeymoon or a trip with mates. I’m fussy, and I’d love to come back. Don’t miss sunrise on the lawn.

The rooms were amazing, and after a tiring day it always felt like coming home. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, and they sorted out every request we made. The only thing that made the stay difficult was the location, since the poor uphill road caused us trouble every time.
