The mountain view was lovely, and the hotel is in a decent location. The rooms were pretty decent too. Martin, the owner, was friendly and took care of what we needed. I’d recommend staying here.

Just got back today from Kingston. Nice property, and we had a great time with good people. Thanks, Neha, Vishal & Prince, for making the trip so wonderful. The breakfast and dinner tasted really good. Try the poha, I liked it best.

The food was good, and the staff were polite, but service was often delayed. The room wasn’t made up on time, there were cleanliness issues, and the steps were very dirty. Sometimes there was no water, and the hotel didn’t coordinate with the travel agent.

I booked this at Christmas, then realized after checking in that it felt more like a hostel run by Vikas than a hotel. The place was very bad, and the food wasn’t good either. For all five days, they served the same kind of menu: paneer, flower, alloo, and chapati. One night, guests got angry and complained about the food, room service, and cleaning. The kitchen was bad, there was no Wi-Fi, and no hot water. In Manali, it’s hard to imagine staying without hot water and blankets. This was the worst hotel I’ve seen. Be aware and don’t book it.
