Misty Hills

The food was the worst, even though we’d already paid for a food package and were still made to eat outside. Service was pathetic and rude, and the staff and owner behaved so badly I wish I could give them less than zero stars. There were problems assigning rooms, followed by a fight outside the hotel, and local goons came to hit a family. I’d tell people to avoid this hotel so their trip isn’t spoiled.

Santosh sharma, the manager, was very nice, and the staff were friendly. The food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and had a luxurious feel. The parking area was excellent too. I liked the service and facilities, and I’m Jeevan travels Zirakpur.

There were no geysers in the room during winter, the water supply was inadequate, and the food here was the worst.

We had a good stay, and I want to thank everyone. The rooms were nice, the location was great with a beautiful mountain view, and the food was delicious and pure veg. Service was the best, and the staff were polite and helpful.
