The food had a good variety and was delicious, and Vikram, who handled food service, made sure we had a great dining experience. We had a lovely family stay, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent hospitality. Rakesh at reception deserves special thanks for making check-in smooth and making sure we were comfortable throughout. All the staff were friendly, courteous and ready to help. It was a pleasant, memorable visit, and we’d highly recommend this hotel to families looking for comfort, good food and great service.

The lift and a few small things could be improved, but the panoramic view from our room and balcony made those easy to forget. We stayed for 3 days and loved the location and the view so much that I want to come back and have the same room again. The service staff were prompt and cooperative, and helped me a lot with placing food orders. You should try Rajma masala with tadka. :)

We stopped here for lunch and really enjoyed the food. Both the veg and non veg options were delicious, and the place was hygienic with a nice ambiance. The one thing they should improve is the toilet setup: men and women need separate toilets so people don’t have to wait for their turn.

The balcony has a wonderful view, and the food was very good. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had a good time. There was a misunderstanding with the staff at first, but it was sorted out after 2 days.

I wouldn’t say this hotel is worth staying at. The room facilities weren’t good, and the towel they provided didn’t seem hygienic. The dinner wasn’t good quality and wasn’t really eatable. The surroundings also felt dirty and unhealthy.
