The power was out for a long time, making an already uncomfortable stay even worse. The room wasn't in proper shape or up to basic expectations, and the food quality was very poor for the money. Cleanliness and maintenance were lacking, things weren't managed properly, and the service didn't justify the price. A very bad, disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Pathetic resort, poor in every way: ambiance, cleanliness, and service. The photos on Google and booking apps are highly edited. The bedsheets were incredibly dirty, the quilts seemed like they hadn't been dry-cleaned in ages, and some rooms had dampness. At the entrance, the foul smell of dirty water greets you. Zero stars for everything 👎.

Electricity kept causing problems, and there was current coming from the washbasin, which felt extremely dangerous. The room itself was in poor shape, too. The food was bad, staff weren't helpful or professional, and management offered no real support. Maintenance was poor throughout. It was a terrible stay and a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had to ask staff two or three times just to get drinking water, and there were no basic toiletries or clean towels. They even gave us a used water bottle. The place looked nothing like the online photos. The rooms and washrooms were dirty, while the beds, blankets, and taps were all in bad condition. The whole hotel had an old, unsettling feel. I'm sharing this so others can avoid the same experience. Stay away.
