The staff are very rude, and the rooms are dirty with no hygiene maintained. There were stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Sometimes the water stopped altogether; other times both taps ran cold, and the flush didn’t work. What I hated most was that the water was purified from dirty water used in toilets. The food tasted very bad too. I’d recommend not staying here, as there are many, many better hotels there.

It’s in a prime location, but the furniture is old, there’s no TV in the room, and the restaurant wasn’t operating. Food and services weren’t available.

Being very near Mall road is its only advantage. Service and everything else didn’t deserve even one star. The place wasn’t clean, the staff weren’t supportive, and the room lock was broken. There was no hot water for bathing and no soap or dental kit. A pathetic experience. It only looks good in pictures. Don’t book this hotel.

Worst experience ever. There was a constant humming sound from a waterplant outside, and the hot water tap didn’t work. Inside, the hotel was in a dilapidated condition and hadn’t been properly cleaned, even though it looked good from the outside.
