The bedsheets and blankets were stinking. In the family rooms, the lights weren't working, and the curtains left a gap because they didn't cover the whole window. It was a very bad experience.

There weren't enough hotel staff, and they need a good cook. The service was very bad, and they didn't provide hot or warm water in the morning. It wasn't up to the mark.
