The bedsheets and blankets were stinking. In the family rooms, the lights weren't working, and the curtains left a gap because they didn't cover the whole window. It was a very bad experience.

There weren't enough hotel staff, and they need a good cook. The service was very bad, and they didn't provide hot or warm water in the morning. It wasn't up to the mark.

The food quality is the best, and the service at this hotel in Manali is great. I had a great experience and recommend it to all travellers.
6/10
The food was so-so, though the rooms are good. The hotel is at a high altitude.
10/10
The hotel is in a great location, and the restaurant, staff, room service, and rooms are all better than the best. Everything is bindaas.
