Oyo 45690 The Paramount Inn

I couldn't get even a simple bottle of water after calling to ask for one. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. They also won't let you leave the hotel after midnight if you want to go out and explore. Worst stay, wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were clean and spacious, but the service fell short. They couldn't serve tea or coffee in the evening because they were busy. I also disliked being charged extra tax for room service when ordering food or tea to the room. I thought room service was free at every hotel.

The front desk staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel is very close to the mall. I stayed for three days recently and had an excellent visit. Service was prompt and good. There's also a lift and generator backup.

The blankets were dirty and seemed unwashed, and the room smelled of smoke with cigarette leftovers. I complained, but the staff didn't care. Their behavior was disgusting, rude, and unprofessional. Service was just as bad: nobody responded to our orders, and we had to call the staff number several times to get our things. Very bad hotel. I wouldn't even give it half a star. 👎🏻👎🏻
