OYO 5979 Country Cottage Manali

The food was AMAZING!!!!! I really can't describe how good it was. The staff were helpful and the service was really good. It's a lovely place away from the buzz of mainstream Manali, with a beautiful view of the Himalayas.

We stayed four nights with my family at country cottage, and they let us cook whatever we liked for free. My mom made spicy mutton, and we ate it in the dining area they had arranged in a really nice traditional local style. The food was fabulous, and the whole family misses that taste. The rooms were fully luxurious, the 360-degree view was unforgettable, and the staff behaved so nicely. There was nothing we didn’t like. Thanks for everything, county cottage Manali. We plan to come again.

Avoid this place. The food was terrible, the owner was rude, and there were flies everywhere. It was noisy, the infrastructure was really bad, and it didn’t feel like a hotel. They served one small bowl of rajma for ten people, then charged me 600 rupees for a dirty bedsheet instead of cleaning it. They even make a face if you ask for tea. The worst part was charging the driver for food, tea, and using the toilet. He had driven ten guests to this 'not a' hotel.

The view was beautiful, and my family was very happy with our experience at country cottage manali. We went tracking as a family, and Mr. Sharma suggested a wonderful place that you have to reach by tracking. It was like Alaska, really wonderful. Thanks to all the staff and the taxi driver. We’ll come again soon.
