The room had an excellent view, and breakfast was good. The rate was very cheap for the location and room size, so I was more than satisfied. The hotel sits right on the mall road, where you can stay out in the market for a long time, even past 10 p.m. Service could be a bit better, but I’m overlooking that since only two people run it. Overall, a really nice stay.

The staff were rude, service was slow, the food came cold, and the room was dirty. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Manali.

The market is only about a two-minute walk away. Our room was clean and had a comfortable bed, a sofa chair, hot water from the geyser, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel itself had a nice atmosphere, and the rates were reasonable. The restaurant was decent, and breakfast could be included with the room. When we checked out and needed to leave our luggage behind, the staff kindly helped us.

The balcony view was wonderful, and the hotel is really close to the mall. We had clean, pleasant rooms, good food, and prompt service from polite, helpful staff. They can arrange sightseeing cabs, including trips to Solang Valley, if you ask. Our classic room had a glimpse of snow-capped peaks, though the view wasn't very good, which felt acceptable for the price. It didn't have a wardrobe. For a better view, book a suite or deluxe room.

Mall Road is about a minute away, and the hotel is right in the heart of Manali. For what you pay, the rooms are spacious and come with good amenities.
