We’re a couple from Singapore and had a pleasant stay. The hotel had a nice ambience, and the food came hot and tasty. We especially want to thank Mr Rakesh at reception. On our third day my wife fell ill, and since we were new to the area and don’t speak Hindi, he took the initiative to get the medicine we needed. It really touched our hearts. He also checked whether we’d had breakfast or dinner, then messaged on our last day to see if we had reached the bus station safely. Such a caring person. The view from our balcony was very nice too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we’d say stay here if you visit Manali. Our heartfelt thanks to Mr Rakesh and team. Thumps Up 👍

The location was peaceful but still close to the main tourist spots, and the mountain views were breathtaking. We had clean, spacious rooms, delicious food, and quick, professional service from courteous staff. It made for a comfortable, memorable stay in Manali. Highly recommended for anyone visiting. ❤️THE HIMALAYAN PARADISE❤️

For the price, this was one of the best hotels, and it was neat and clean. The food was delicious and the service outstanding, so I’d recommend it without hesitation. ☺️ Special thanks to Rakesh for his support and service.

Frequent power cuts and poor service made this a very disappointing stay. Staff behavior was poor, and even basic things like a heater and drinking water bottles weren’t provided.
