We were asked to pay an advance, then given a room that had been assigned to someone else. After that, they wanted us to stay somewhere different, in a dirty room that wasn't at all like the one we booked. When we requested a refund, they refused. This was the worst experience. Don't book here, or at least don't pay anything before you've checked the room. The customer service was awful and completely unprofessional. They are cheating customers.

The staff were exceptional, the rooms immaculate and comfortable, and the location convenient. It felt like a truly luxurious stay, with people who were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
