We paid ₹20,000, but decided we didn't want to stay and asked for a refund. After repeated attempts, including going to the hotel in person, they still refused. We even asked them to return at least 50%, and they wouldn't listen. Since it was peak season and they could easily get more customers, it seemed like business must not be going well. They were money suckers. The front desk management were arrogant and showed no decency in refusing to give even half back. My grandmom had trouble with her legs, but nobody helped, and there was no lift. This is unacceptable and pathetic. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Choose places that care about customers and have goodwill. I hope keeping our money finds them well.

I had a wonderful stay at Sandhya Resort, Manali. The place felt peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. Staff were humble, polite, and always ready to help, with support available 24×7 that made everything more comfortable and memorable. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Manali.

We spent three nights at this cozy hotel and had a satisfying stay. The spacious rooms and great food were a plus. I especially liked the in-house laundry service, which brought our clothes back the same day, within 10 hours. That's amazing.

Heavy snowfall had pushed prices up at most hotels, and I also had to change my booking because of distance. I ended up booking Sandhya Hotel, and it was the best decision. The staff were helpful, hospitality was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Prices stayed fair even in peak conditions. Highly recommend it!
