The manager’s attitude made this stay a very negative experience. When we raised problems, we got rudeness and dismissiveness instead of solutions. There was no accountability, apology, or effort to make things right, and the manager seemed uninterested in resolving anything. That’s unacceptable in a management role, since the manager sets the tone for the whole hotel. I won’t return, and I’d advise others to think twice before booking here.

Everything was very good overall. The location is convenient, with markets, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and the rooms were neat and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Don’t miss the food, especially the very good coffee, Indian food and Israeli cuisine.

The rooms have amazing views and are neat and clean, and the food was good. Staff are humble, always smiling and ready to help. The owner was helpful too, and willingly let us switch rooms when we preferred another one on the property.

Pulkit Mahajan, the owner, was helpful, funny, and jolly, and Surya and Ulplaksh were sweet and humble, making a great first impression. The surroundings are beautiful and the location is great. Our room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and well equipped. The food was great value for money too. I was very pleased with my stay at Apple villa and hope to come back for longer. Thank you 😇🥰😊
