This hotel was absolute trash. There was no WiFi or room service, our rooms weren’t cleaned, and management showed no sense of hospitality or respect for guests. The food was pretty much the same every day, and we weren’t given enough water in our rooms. At one point, the owner (mrs.) even asked, “How much water do we even need?”

The house help were rude and disrespectful, spoke harshly for no reason, and wouldn’t cooperate. They ignored basic requests, and their attitude made us uncomfortable throughout the stay. That’s not the service I expect from a professional hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the staff’s poor behavior.
