The receptionist was polite, helpful, and treated us well. The location and room ambience are great, but the service was very poor. I had to ask for things three to five times, and extra bedsheets and basic items took hours or even days to arrive. For six people, they gave us just two towels, three soaps, and one shampoo. They didn't provide water either, and the room wasn't cleaned properly or the trash taken away. The bedsheets were dirty. At this price, there are better hotels. They could do more with the location and ambience, but the service was awful.

The geyser was switched off at night, which was very inconvenient, and our room wasn't cleaned once over the several days we stayed. The food was worse still: they served old bread with a strong, unpleasant smell, which was unacceptable. It was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

The staff were helpful and kind, but the rooms weren't very clean, and even the bedsheets were dirty. They also used to switch off the geyser at night, even in winter.

The owner is very sweet, and the staff are cooperative. Their room service is awesome, and the service overall was excellent. The food was really tasty, too. Ten out of ten from me.

The food made for a very bad experience. They served chapati without butter, and even PG food is better than the food at Akash residence hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
